就像餐厅的名字一样，这家餐厅可是好莱坞明星们开的店，除了知名阿诺史瓦辛格(目前己退股)、席维斯史特龙、布鲁斯威利之外，成龙现在也是股东之一，这里所卖的食物是典型的美国食物，牛排、汉堡、沙拉、鸡尾酒、混合饮料，菜单上种类相当的多，除此之外，这里还设有礼品部，人潮相当的多，其中以徽章、休闲服、T恤的销路最好，许多收藏家都会在这里买一样纪念品，做为到此一游的纪念。
